This includes OSAP and out-of-province loan applications, scholarships, awards and bursaries.

The Financial Aid & Awards team is experiencing very large volumes of inquiries through QLESS. The queue will close if the volume of students gets too high. If the queue is closed, please try back the next day at opening hours. Students are strongly encouraged to check their OSAP application status online at Ontario.ca/osap or check out the OSAP FAQ help sheet online https://central.sheridancollege.ca/osap.

1. Open QLess app on your mobile phone and search for Sheridan College OR visit this online QLess Financial Aid kiosk

2. Select Financial Aid and Awards. This queue is only available during the below hours of operation and is greyed out when closed (the queue is also closed everyday from 12:00-1:00pm):

Monday 1:00pm – 4:30pm
Tuesday 1:00pm – 4:30pm
Wednesday 10:00am – 3:00pm
Thursday 10:00am – 3:00pm
Friday 10:00am – 3:00pm

3. You'll receive real time updates on your place in line, so you know when to expect your call

2. Select Record Specialist Appointment* and confirm your appointment time. Your Record Specialist will contact you by phone at that time
